The introduction:

In this report paper,Iam going to talk about the Dubai Shopping Festival. The beginning of this
festival ,the set globing warming and the achievement of this festival .Do you
know when does the festival begins?.whats the name of it ?fainally, who is it
for?dubai shopping festival known in Arabic as(layaly dubai),the first stared
was in febreuary 1996 by the dubai government as purely a retail event amid to
promote trade in dubai.since then it has become an annual
shopping,entertainment.and culthural extravaganza that continues to promote
tourism in dubai and draws people from around the world each year.So,I am going
to talk about the beginning of the festival, the seals and achievement .

The beginning:

On February 15,1996,the travel industry in Middle East heralded the beginning of a new dawn –the
birth of the most impressive shopping cum entertainment mega event An entirely
new concept, it was succeeded brilliantly in show casing what co-operation
between privete sector and public sector could do to create a mind-boggling
achievement.

Set global warming;

Initially.
Dubai Sopping festival was conceived as a pure retail event, the primary aim of
which was to revitalize the retail trade in dubai .It was later developed into
a comprehensive tourism product in line with dubais far –sighted stance to set
global standards in every field .dubai Shopping Fesyival is basically a
shopping paradise. Dubai is know around the worls sush asaparadise throughout
the year ,but they really lay out red carpet during shopping festival month,
with over 2,300 retails out
participating ,that offer everything imageinaple from gold, perfume .haute
couture.cars,electronics to handicrafts and revitalizes ..

achievements and beneficiaries

Along the
linses of the stature that Dubaihas achieved with its clarity of vision
.innovation ,initiative and drive ,the festival was slaped under the committed
leadership of HIS HIGHNESS SHEIKH
Mohammed Bin Rashid A Mactoum , UAE vise President and prime Manister and Rular
of Dubai.

As months
of preparation went into creating Dubai Shopping Festival .the shopping
festival matured into a major retailing cum enter tainment extravaganza. The rest
is history.

Today one
of the biggest beneficiaries of the event is the tourism sector. Hotels. Travel
agents and tour operators contribute to selling of the event world wide and it
would be fair to assume,run at the peak levels of operation during the event .

Every year .Dubai Sopping festival livs up to its
promise of staging the most exciting activities for the whole family inspired
by thetheme One world .One family.One festival .As universal brother hood,happiness,excitement ,joy and advanture
beame the signature trademarks of Dubai Sopping Festival,the festival itself became
a tribute to the inherent ambition and
strength of the people of the United Arab Emirates .LOCAL and multinational
brands acknowledged faith in the event , and brands like Visa, Pepsi and
emirates Airlines became pertners to DSF growth.

Most hotels and apartments also get involved
offering special offers during the period ,even the world famous Burj AL Arab
is included in the hotels .With all these special discounts that offer very
attractive prices outlined below, amd
emirates and most other airlines flying out of Dubai offer discounted airfares
and much needed excess baggage allowances during the festival

There are other events as well,including
international fashion shows, children events, streetside performances , nightly
fire works, film festivals, and many other cultural events that reflect the
emirates cosmopolitan character .Plus one of the biggest of themall,all the
dubai world CUP .Also takes place dur#ing the festival ,and with a staggering
us$$12 million purse that makes it the richest hours race in the worl-not something
to miss.

The next
DSFwill witnesss fresh creative input and innovative promotion will go a long
way in attracting more visitors to the Emirates

At the end ,I have talked a bout the
beginning of this festival ,the set global warming , the achievement and
beneficiaries of this festival .finally, who is it for ?and the history and all
ideas of this
